長野県松本市といえば、お蕎麦屋さんなどが定番ですが我が家の定番は「ダイナモ」。カナダで活躍したシェフが作る洋風ロール寿司が隠れた人気のメニューです。カリフォルニアロールやBCロール、それに何と言ってもソフトシェルクラブロールが絶品で、子供達も喜んで食べます。一皿1000円以下で価格は都心の半額程度です。

Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture is famous for soba noodle shops, but our classic dish is “Dinamo.” The chef who worked in Canada makes popular western-style roll sushi. The California roll, BC roll, and especially soft-shell crab roll are excellent, and children also enjoy eating them. SOBA shops are main product in Nagano prefecture Matsumoto city; however, our main product is "DYNAMO". It is a popular Western-style roll sushi that hidden in the menu which made by our chef who was active in Canada. It is not California roll nor BC roll. If need to define, soft-shell crab roll could be excellent to describe it. Even children loved it. The price is less than 100 yen per dish which is about half of the price in Tokyo city.

The chef serves exquisite dishes, such as California rolls, BC rolls, above all, Soft-crab-shell rolls children happily eat it. Its price is under 1,000 yen and also around half of that the central part of Tokyo.
