長野県松本市といえば、お蕎麦屋さんなどが定番ですが我が家の定番は「ダイナモ」。カナダで活躍したシェフが作る洋風ロール寿司が隠れた人気のメニューです。カリフォルニアロールやBCロール、それに何と言ってもソフトシェルクラブロールが絶品で、子供達も喜んで食べます。一皿1000円以下で価格は都心の半額程度です。

Among them, California roll and BC roll, as well as Soft-Shell Crab roll are so delicious that our children are very happy to eat them.
"Dynamo" serves one dish for less than 1,000 yen, about one half of the central Tokyo.
