カナダに輸入出来ないのです
ワシントン条約で定められたアリゲーターレザーを輸出するにはCITESという輸出入許可書が必要です
このCITESを取得するには、この時計を日本に輸入するときに輸入業者が取得したCITESを我々が取得する必要があります
しかし、そのCITESを持っている日本の輸入業者から、我々がCITESを取得する事を断られました
我々は日本からカナダへ時計を発送する事は出来ますが、CITESが無いとカナダの税関で荷物が止められてお客様の元までお届けする事は出来ないのです

It is prohibited to import to Canada.
When you expot Alligator Leather that was determined by Washington Convention, you need a export permission named CITES.
To get the CITES, we need tp get a CITES that gotten from japanese importers when they imported this Watch.
But, we refuse to get CITES from the japanese importer that has its CITES.
We can send Watch from Japan to Canada, but we are not able to deliver to customer without CITES because it stops at the custom house.
