※ Please be noted that the “picture taking session” might be ceased due to the restrictions of the venue though there are people waiting for the turns.
※ Do not directly inquire to the venue as it might cause to cancel the live performance.
※ Leaving personal belongings or sitting in shall not be allowed to secure the positions in the facilities and the venue.
Please be noted that our staffs might direct you to remove those personal belongings.
※ Please be informed that the admission ticket for the picture taking session shall not be reissued for any reasons (lost, stolen etc.)

※When you request a delivery, you have to pay shipping charge in addition to price of the product.
※ You cannnot request refunding for the product you made a reservation by 100 percent.
We request your understanding. However, we will exchage the product with defect to the product without defect.
※ If you are going to participate in taking a pciture as commemoration with a child older than 3 years old, you have to pay for the participation ticket for the child separately.
※ Please refrain from staying overnight in the place where event is going to be held. It is a nuisance for those in the neighborhood.
