アメリカ国内の方へのみの販売です。ただし、米国軍人の方で発送先がAPO(陸軍郵便局)またはFPO(海軍郵便局)住所宛てとなる場合を除きます。



APOはArmy Post Office「陸軍郵便局」、FPOはFleet Post Office 「海軍郵便局」の略のようです。海外駐留の軍人の方には送れますよということだと思います。独自の郵便制度があるみたいです。
