Regarding numbers.
Use the rule shown on the right for numbers.
Other attention points.
Always use a half sized space after all elision marks.
Facility names, etc. use capital letters.
Do not write the long sounds in Japanese.

翻訳の流れ
1 翻訳予定の文章の左欄に、「自分の名前＋翻訳中」と記入
2 翻訳が終わったら左欄は名前のみに変更
名前の表記は必ず統一してください
お給料は数に応じて支払われるので、正しくカウントできなくなる恐れがあります

その他個別の指示がある場合があるので、左のメモ欄も各自必ずチェックしてください

Translation Flow
1) Enter [Your Name + Translating] for the sentences you plan to translate in the left column.
2) When you have completed translating, the left column will change to your name only.
Ensure you check it has changed to your name only displayed.
You payment is dependent upon numbers, there is a possibility it may not be counted correctly.
Additional Note
There may be specific direction or information in the left memo column, ensure you check this.
If there are areas of another persons translation that you would like to comment on, please leave a comment in the right memo column for them.

Flow of translation
