私どもも、日頃よりDEAが規制する商品については注意を払ってきましたが、リップクリームについては理解が足りませんでした。
こちらの商品につきましてはご指摘の通り破棄を進めていただけましたら幸いです。
つきましては、要求されたMSDSをご用意することはできませんが、なんらかの追加的な対応は必要でしょうか？

Although we always have been much concerned about items controlled under DEA, but we have insufficient understanding about the lip cream.
We would be grateful if you could dispose these items as you directed us.
In view of this, though we have not provided the MSDS you requested, but shall we need to provide something additional?

Thank you in this instance for indicating the the product includes hazardous materials, we appreciate it.
Our firm, usually pays attention to the DEA restricted items, but we can not understand why with the lip cream.
As you indicated regarding this product, we would be glad to go ahead with removal of it.
We can not prepare the requested MSDS, is there any further measure that we can or need to take?
