I wanted to update you about a corporate decision that was made this week about the Japan Market. Since we started selling to you exclusively, we gave up a large sales volume (while gaining peace of mind). Unfortunately, we are now selling only 20% of the monthly volume we used to with multiple sellers. We have given you a lengthy period of time to take over the market, but it seems like the market calls for additional sellers.
We are now going through the process of establishing new relationships. It will probably be another 30-45 days before you will be able to notice any competition.

As part of us re-opening the market, we put together some ground rules for sellers, mainly to keep the price stable and not to devalue our product. Every seller will have to sign and submit the new Terms and Conditions. In short, we are requiring selling price equivalent to US$150, and allow 4 sales a year (1 sale per quarter) - sales to last 24-72 hours and maximum discount is 35%off. Sales are per seller, not per selling channels. We are still working on the final details.
