I inquired with Docomo to know that they charge you for handling and prepaid fee for a SIM card. I looked around the shops to know they typically sell used PSvitas removing SIM cards in Japan.
I do not charge you for my handling fee, but I charge anyone otherwise for the packaging cost of xx. Do you think your friend would accept this?
