弊社はA社のライセンス正規品を販売しておりますが、お客さまは、商品仕様サイズに比べて、実際の商品を小さく感じられているようです。人形の耳が、ボディ本体と比較し、長いためだと思います。

商品ページの購入者レビューに投稿されているとおり、何人かの購入者が商品を小さく感じています。私どもは商品サイズを実際に計測し、正しいことを確認しています。

商品に問題がなかったのに、マイナス評価となっています。以上の観点より、評価の削除を依頼したいと思います。

Our company sells genuine licensed products from the company A, but the customer seems to think the product is smaller than the actual product. I think it may be because , the ears are long compared to the body.
As you can see in the buyer reviews posted in the product page, a few of the buyers think the product feels small. We have measured the size of the product, and checked that it was indeed the correct size.

There is no problem with the product, but we have received negative reviews. From the reasons mentioned above, I would like the ratings removed.

As can be seen from customer reviews on the product page, some customers feel the product to be small. We have actually measured the product size and verified it is correct.

We have receieved a negative review even though there is no problem with the product. From this standpoint we would like to ask that the review be deleted.
