2013年12月21日にオーダーしたが、今だに商品が届かない。
30個オーダーしたが、2個だけAmazon.comからギフト扱いで届けられたが、私に届いたのはこの2個のみである。
このAmazon.comからの2個のみ届いたという行為も納得ができない。
何度も問い合わせをしたが、
近日中に発送するとの回答しかない。
残り28個分の早急な返金を求める。

I have not received the item I ordered on December 21, 2013.
I ordered 30 pieces, but only 2 pieces were delivered as gifts from Amazon.com and I only received these 2 pieces only.
I don't understand why only these 2 pieces were delivered by Amazon.com.
I repeatedly made inquiries, but the only response I got was that they would be sent out soon.
I demand refund for remaining 28 pieces as soon as possible.

I have made an order last December 21, 2013 but the product has not yet arrived.
I ordered 30 units, but there were only 2 that were delivered as a gift from Amazon and these were the 2 that arrived.
I cannot accept this action of only 2 units that have arrived from Amazon.
I made multiple inquires but I only receives answers that the product will be shipped in a few days.
I am requesting for a refund immediately for the remaining 28 units.
