アマゾンUKにて商品を出品しておりますが、商品を販売出来ません。
昨年問合せをしたところ、フィギュアについては年末年始期間中は、弊社は販売できない旨の回答をいただきました。
これらはいつから販売可能になりますでしょうか？
また、その他の出品中の商品についても販売画面に+ shipping (currently unavailable) という表示がでて販売できません。
早急に販売可能になるための方法を教えて下さい。

Hello
I have been selling merchandise through in Amazon UK, however I cannot sell merchandise.
When I have made an inquiry last year, I have received a response indicating that figures cannot be sol during the year end and the beginning of the new year.
When can figures be available for sale?
Also, the message "+ shipping (currently unavailable)" is displayed on the sales screens for the other merchandises currently placed there for sale thus they cannot be sold.
Please tell me how to make them available for sale as soon as possible.

We listed items on Amazon UK, but we cannot sell the items.
Last year we inquired about this to Amazon, and they replied us that we could not sell items during the year-end and new-year holidays.
From when can we sell the items?
