アマゾンUKにて商品を出品しておりますが、商品を販売出来ません。
昨年問合せをしたところ、フィギュアについては年末年始期間中は、弊社は販売できない旨の回答をいただきました。
これらはいつから販売可能になりますでしょうか？
また、その他の出品中の商品についても販売画面に+ shipping (currently unavailable) という表示がでて販売できません。
早急に販売可能になるための方法を教えて下さい。

I have been listing products and sell on Amazon.uk, but I have been unable to sell my products.
I inquired last year with you to know that during the year-end through beginning of the new year, I am not allowed to sell figures.
When will I be able to sell figures?
Also, when I tried to sell other products, the screen displayed a message saying "+ shipping (currently unavailable)" and I cannot sell either.
Could you please let me know what I should do to resume sales at your earliest convenience?
