Regarding the item, you will be able to return the item, recieve a refund or replacement if you contact amazon.com instead of me.
I have shipped the item from Japan to amazon.com with it well packaged and as a new item.
I am sure I have shipped a brand new unopened item.
I believe amazom.com may have sent that particular item to another customer and had the item returned to them thereafter. They most likely treated it as a brand new unopened item after the return and shipped it to you.

I did carefuly packed the brand new item as was and sent it to Amazon.com. I am quite sure that I shiipped brand new and unopened products.
Here is my guess: Amazon may have delivered the item once to someone else. Then it may have been returned. But they may have judged it to be an "unopened" condition, and sent it to you.
