Please dcontact Amazon.com for the return or refund of the product. I am not the right person for that.

I did carefuly packed the brand new item as was and sent it to Amazon.com. I am quite sure that I shiipped brand new and unopened products.

Here is my guess: Amazon may have delivered the item once to someone else. Then it may have been returned. But they may have judged it to be an "unopened" condition, and sent it to you.
