The problematic product was purchased through the regular route (Amazon.co.jp) in Japan and it is unthinkable to have gotten mixed up with non genuine products.
We will strive to prevent re-occurrence by increasing the accuracy of the inspection at the time of delivery so that this won't happen again in the future.
