The header menu that follows and the Adsense on the right are, no doubt violations.
The Adense on top center violates the terms as well.
It’s dangerous even though you may not have been warned by Google.
Soon you won’t be able to use Adsense.

As other people are pointing it out, it is a violation of a terms of service.
It obviously violates the term in such the header menu follows and the right side of Adsense.
I think the one in the middle of the center is also violating the term.
It is not a good idea to think it should be no problem for doing it for not be warned by Google.
It will result in the ban from using Adsense in the near future.
