他の人が指摘しているように100%、Adsenseの規約違反です。
ヘッダーメニューが追随する点や右のAdsenseは間違いなく規約違反です。
中央上部のAdsenseも規約違反でしょう。
Googleから警告がこないから大丈夫と思うなら危険ですね。
そのうちAdsenseが利用できなくなりますよ。
