実は、来年7月に開催されるDesign Tokyo2014に、この爪切りを出展したいと考えてました。これは日本国内で最も重要な展示会の一つです。
この展示会には事前審査があり、今月からその審査が始まります。
展示会には日本総代理店として出展を申し込む必要があるため、貴方との本契約が必要です。
パッケージの完成が遅れているのなら、先に本契約は進めませんか？
僕はこの展示会へ絶対申し込むべきと考えています。

Actually, I am thinking of exhibiting these nail clippers to the Design Tokyo 2014 being held in July next year.
To participating in this exhibition, there is pre-screening and it is starting from this month.
It is required to for us to apply to this exhibition as the sole representative of Japan so we need to enter the contract.
If the designing is getting behind the time, could you proceed with the contract negotiation first?
