You claim that the there is a discrepancy between the item information describe on eBay and the actual item you received, but that's not right.
The item is exactly as described on eBay. There is no incorrect information about the photo and description of the item. You say the item is different but it's a matter of your personal preference.
Also it's clearly stated that the tariff is to be paid by the customer. Did you check it before purchasing?

The item I shipped has been exactly same one indicated in the item description at eBay. I have never posted the images and description different from the actual item. I could say that your claim of receiving different item is because your personal preference.
Also, the description for the import taxes and duties is clearly indicated as the responsibility of a buyer. Could you verify it before you have purchased?
I would like to report the refund at this time at buyer’s own convenience.
