本日荷物が届きました。スピーディな手配、本当に感謝しております。
一点、問題が生じました。届いた荷物の中で、かなり衝撃を受けたのだと思いますがサキソフォンのネックを差し込む穴に付けられていたキャップが粉砕し、サキソフォンのキーが一部変形してしまってます。プラスチックのキャップがかなり細かく潰れてますので、ケースを投げたりとかの相当な衝撃を受けたのだと思います。DHLに対して、どのように対処すべきでしょうか。英語が不得手のため日本のDHLで対応してもらえれば助かりますが。

I have a problem with this. The cap which is attached to a neck's insertion hole in the saxophone was broken, and the key was deformed in some parts. The cap made of plastic was crushed and fall to pieces. I guess that the case might be caused a huge damage; handling it roughly or the like.
What should I do against DHL? Because I am not goot at using English, it would be better that DHL Japanese branch deals with this problem.

However, I found a problem. A cap on the hole, which the saxophone's neck is set in, was broken up and a part of key was distorted, and they seemed to have damaged in the parcel.
