本日荷物が届きました。スピーディな手配、本当に感謝しております。
一点、問題が生じました。届いた荷物の中で、かなり衝撃を受けたのだと思いますがサキソフォンのネックを差し込む穴に付けられていたキャップが粉砕し、サキソフォンのキーが一部変形してしまってます。プラスチックのキャップがかなり細かく潰れてますので、ケースを投げたりとかの相当な衝撃を受けたのだと思います。ＤＨＬに対して、どのように対処すべきでしょうか。英語が不得手のため日本のＤＨＬで対応してもらえれば助かりますが。

I received the parcel today. I'm very thankful to your prompt response.
