本日荷物が届きました。スピーディな手配、本当に感謝しております。
一点、問題が生じました。届いた荷物の中で、かなり衝撃を受けたのだと思いますがサキソフォンのネックを差し込む穴に付けられていたキャップが粉砕し、サキソフォンのキーが一部変形してしまってます。プラスチックのキャップがかなり細かく潰れてますので、ケースを投げたりとかの相当な衝撃を受けたのだと思います。ＤＨＬに対して、どのように対処すべきでしょうか。英語が不得手のため日本のＤＨＬで対応してもらえれば助かりますが。

I have received the item today. I am really appreciated for your quick arrangement.

However, there is a problem. In the package, a cap on the hole to insert saxophone neck has been crushed and some of the keys are distorted. As the plastic cap is crushed into pieces, I think it has had a considerable shock like the case being thrown. How shall I file a complaint against DHL about this matter? As I am not good at English, it would be great for me if DHL in Japan copes with it.
