理由開示がないのでなぜそうなったのかが凄く気になります。
もし次回以降も同じ事例が起こったら先に確認連絡を頂くことは出来ないのでしょうか？
手元に届くのを楽しみにしているので返品手続きになるのは避けたいです。

I am extremely bothered why that happened since the reason has not been disclosed.
Can you not do a prior confirmation communication if a similar incident happen in the future?
We want to avoid the process on returning products since the receiver is really looking forward on the arrival of the product.
