理由は、日本へ輸入する際の通関で問題が起こる可能性があることが発覚したためです。

Is very disappointed, and I am afraid that I am no longer able to make a deal.
The reason of this is because of the recognition of the entry clearance issue that may happen when importing your products into Japan.
Although thankfully you secured a stock, again I am terribly sorry for the situation that surrounding us.

I am terribly sorry to tell you this but I cannot deal with the product any longer.
This is because I found out that there are some problems with this product importing into Japan at customs.
