・priceには商品代金のみを入力すればいいですか？
米国内の配送料がかかった場合は、商品代に加算するのですか？
・申告価格を設定する画面に以下のメッセージが表示されます。
同意して、Confirmをクリックしないで発送をした場合は、
何か不利益な事やペナルティはありますか？
・申告価格を上方修正したところ、以下のメッセージが表示されました。
対処方法を教えてください。
請求書の画面コピーをメールでお送りすれば宜しいでしょうか？

I have a question about the declared price.
・Should I put only price of the product as "price"?
Do I need to add domestic shipping to the price?
