I finally got some definite information from PostNL about what had happened to the shipment you sent me. It appears that I had to pay some customs fee (about 30 Euro) and PostNL was unable to find someone to pay this. In fact, they sent no letter to me that they had had difficulties delivering the package. In fact, as far as I know, they made no attempts whatever to inform me of the difficulties. Instead they did *nothing*, waited till some time had gone by, and then shipped the package back to Japan “undeliverable".
At least, that is what they told me. It sounds to me that they are pretty incompetent.

少なくともこれが彼らが私に伝えた事です。彼らは全く無能のように私には感じます。
In summary: PostNL tells me that the package is now being returned to you, undeliverable. They tell me that *you* should complain about this, to the company which you used to send the package to me.
Please, *either* try to send me the package again, *or* return to me my payment. If you resend the package then perhaps it is better to use a street address instead of a post-box address. The good street address is:
