When you need to do non-work related matters such as going to the bank during working hours, you need to report this at least a day in advance according to the Charwork attendance.
You will need to work after 6 to compensate for the time consumed doing those things.
■ Taking vacations ■
You will need to direct inform Gong and Neil on the specific dates at least two days before the time you will take a paid vacation leave.
It will not be recognized as a paid vacation leave If you've communicated this through other employees.
