やはり税関で止まっていたようですね。こちらで調査の依頼をかけておきました。しかし調査方法が日本の郵便局からアメリカの郵便局に電話をかけてそこから税関に問い合わせをするようなのでもし面倒でなければお客様の方からの最寄りの郵便局に問い合わせして頂いた方が返事が早いかと思います。こちらも情報が入り次第すぐにご連絡致します。ご迷惑をおかけしまして申し訳ありません。

It seems that the product is still stopped at customs. I have asked to investigate at here. However, i think that We can got the reply of Investigation methods quickly when making a phone call from Japan post office to U.S post office and from here if there is any trouble concern about tariff the customer can contact to the nearest post office. We will contact as soon as we got the information. Sorry for bothering you so much
