私は取引が終わる前に、お客様からネガティブな評価をされてしまいました。
その理由は商品が届かないということです。
商品が届いたら、もしくは返金をしてくれたらネガティブな評価を削除してくれると約束してくれましたが、
その後返事がありません。
今回の場合、お客様の地域の配送会社によるトラブルであって、私の責任ではありませんが、私はお客様の満足を優先して対応をしました。
今回の評価は不当であるので、削除をお願いできますでしょうか？
