毎月11～15日の間は、発注処理の期間中のため、Order Entry Pageで入力ができなくなります。
11日までに注文が確定されていない場合、前の月に入力されていた予定の発注数で、自動的に発注の確定を行います。
毎月必ず、変更がないかを確認して下さい。

Please complete placing the orders for the following month before the end of business hour and by the 10th day of present month.
(Example: For the orders of February, please complete it by the 10th of Janauary.)
For the period between 10th day and 15th day of a month, the order cannot be entered from the Order Entry Page because of the order processing period.
If the order is not fixed by the 11th day of a month, the order is automatically fixed by using the expected number of orders of the previous month.

Once you complete the order, you cannot modify the ordered content.
If you wish to make correction by all means, please contact the manager.
(You can set to correct the completed order before every 15th)
In the case in which the number of item is zero, then please set it "On" for "No Order" checkbox.
(If "No Order" checkbox is kept "Off", then input error occurs)

Once the orders are completed, those cannot be revised anymore.
When the revising the completed orders are really required, please contact with the administrator.
(The setting can be changed for revising the completed orders if the revision is on or before the 15th of a month.)
When the ordering quantity is none, please make the check box of “No Order” to the On.
(If the quantity is not entered and “No Order” check box is not On, it becomes the input error.)

発注内容の入力画面には「Save Your Order」 ボタンと「Check Your Order」ボタンがあります。
「Save Your Order」 ボタンを押しても発注はされません。入力した内容を一時的に保存するだけのボタンですので、ご注意下さい。

The input screen for order content has "Save Your Order" and "Check Your Order" button.
Even if you push "Save Your Order" button, the order will not be sent. Please be aware that the button is for temporarily saving inputed content.

There are two buttons of "Save Your Order" and "Check your Order" on the input screen for the ordering information.
Even you push the "Save Your Order" button, the order is not made. Please note it's a button to save the ordering information temporary.

There are "Save Your Order" button and "Check Your Order" button in the order input screen.
Ordering process will not be finished when you push "Save Your Order" button. The button only store your input temporarily , so please be careful.
