I read the book, "Don't set a sales goal!". What impressed me was the following phrase.

At a meeting, what is discussed on is only how to ahieve one's sales quota, and we are busy to check on the progress of the cases which may be able to lead to a contract.
Such meeting is characterized by an absence of discussions about how the customers who have purchased products or a services are satisfied with them, or how they are developped by the provided products or services. In addition, it is also caracterized by the facts that the evaluation is determined only by sales performance and the index like the quality and customer satisfaction metrics are not included in evaluation, as they are difficult to be indicated in precise numbers.

I have read a book called "Don't Aim on the Sales Increases!". I have impressed on the phrases below.

On the meetings, members only talk about how to fulfill the sales quota, or confirming on the projects that is going to be contracted with the partner. They never talk about customer's satisfaction of our goods and services, and improvements on their progress. Also, the assessments is only decided by the sales quota, because the quality and the customer satisfaction is difficult to reflect on the numbers.

There is no intent to check the progress lead to agreement,only because always discuss about how can we achieve sales quote at the meeting,
Almost there is no discussions about if customers are satisfied with purchased products and services or not.

I have read a book titiled "Don't Set A Specifict Sales Target!" My impressed phrases are as follows:

In the meeting, we make a discussion about how to accomplish the sales quota at all times, absorbe to confirm the procedure toward sales contract.
