人々は関東大震災（１９２３年）の再来を潜在的に恐れている。私もそのひとりである。３０年以内には７０％の確率でといわれるが明治三陸地震から２７年後に関東大震災が起こったと考えれば納得がいく。自然と歴史の規則性に準じればまだ少し時間はありそうだ。我々は今先人の過ちから多くを学ぶべき時に生きている。
ヘーゲルが「人間とは歴史から学ばない生き物」といったが、学ぶなら今である。これは我々の日常の風景、つまり国家、社会、業界、組織、仕事、生きるパターンすべてに当てはまる事である。

People fear another Great Kanto Earthquake (1923) potentially.I'm one of them.
Although it is said that it will occur 70% of the time in 30 years, that is understandable to think the earthquake happened 27 years after Meiji Sanriku Earthquake. It seems that we have a little time left according to the rule of natural and history. Now is the time to learn a lot from the mistakes of our predecessors.
Hegel said " Man can never learn anything from history.", but now is the time to learn. This applies to our daily sight：nation, society, industry, organization, and work. In other words, it applies to all patterns of way of life.

People are potentialy afraid of Great Kanto earthquake of 1923. I am one of them. It is reasonable that Great Kanto earthquake occured 27 years after Meiji-Sanriku earthquake. According to natural and historical rule, we seem to have a little more time. We are living in the time when we had better learn much from fault of our ancestors.

People in Japan, including myself, have a underlying fear of The Great Kanto Earthquake happening again anywhere anytime. Scientists estimate the probability of `One earthquake in 30 years` is 70%. The perfect example would be the lag between The Meiji-Sanriku earthquake in 1896 and The Great Kanto Earthquake in 1923. This rule of the nature and the histry could mean that we have some more time for another quake. This is about time we learned from what happened in the past.
