人々は関東大震災（１９２３年）の再来を潜在的に恐れている。私もそのひとりである。３０年以内には７０％の確率でといわれるが明治三陸地震から２７年後に関東大震災が起こったと考えれば納得がいく。自然と歴史の規則性に準じればまだ少し時間はありそうだ。我々は今先人の過ちから多くを学ぶべき時に生きている。
ヘーゲルが「人間とは歴史から学ばない生き物」といったが、学ぶなら今である。これは我々の日常の風景、つまり国家、社会、業界、組織、仕事、生きるパターンすべてに当てはまる事である。
People are potentialy afraid of Great Kanto earthquake of 1923. I am one of them. It is reasonable that Great Kanto earthquake occured 27 years after Meiji-Sanriku earthquake. According to natural and historical rule, we seem to have a little more time. We are living in the time when we had better learn much from fault of our ancestors.
Hegel said, "We learn nothing from history". It is time to learn now. It applies to our everyday scenes, in other words, every pattern in our life like country, society, business, organization and work.
