商品が届かないとのことで評価が1になりました。
追跡番号をみると税関でお届けするのに時間がかかったようです。
残念ながら税関については私にはどうすることもできません。
税関を通過して商品はすでにバイヤーに届いています。
評価1では売り上げがさがってしまいます。
これはとても残念です。
私はしっかりした対応をしているので評価1を削除して頂けませんでしょうか?

I have dispatched the product on September 27.
However, we received the lowest review because the product did not arrive.
Having checked the tracking number, it seems that it took longer because it was stopped at customs.
There was nothing I could have done about the customs.
The product has already passed customs and reached the customer.
If the review is low, it will lower our sales.
This is very unfortunate.
We are doing everything in our power to maintain a good correspondence.
Is there any chance the bad review can be removed?

I have shipped the product on September, 27th.
My evaluation was 1 because it took much to the product be delivered.
Checking the tracking records, it seems it was delayed as it took long in the customs.
I unfortunately can not do anything regarding the customs.
The product has already cleared the customs and it was delivered to the buyer.
This 1 evaluation will affect my sales badly.
It is really sad.
As I did all I could, can you remove this 1 evaluation?

I have already shipped on September 27th.
Because the buyer hasn't received it, I was evaluated as 1.
I have checked the tracking information and it looks like it took a while to come through the customs.
Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about the customs.
It has been delivered already, but being evaluated as 1 would affect my sales.
I am very disappointed about this.
I have been taking care of my customer well. Could you remove this evaluation please?

I shipped the item on Sep. 27.
My feedback rating become at 1 since the item was not delivered.
Tracing of tracking number showed that the delivery was delayed due to the customs’ processing.
Unfortunately, I have no control over the customs’ office.
The item is already cleared at the customs’ office and delivered to the hands of buyer.
My sales will be going down if my feedback rating is at 1.
It is very pity of me.
Since I have handled this case in a responsible way, would you remove your feedback rating of 1?
