私は9/27に商品を出荷しています。
商品が届かないとのことで評価が1になりました。
追跡番号をみると税関でお届けするのに時間がかかったようです。
残念ながら税関については私にはどうすることもできません。
税関を通過して商品はすでにバイヤーに届いています。
評価1では売り上げがさがってしまいます。
これはとても残念です。
私はしっかりした対応をしているので評価1を削除して頂けませんでしょうか?

I have dispatched the product on September 27.

Unfortunately, I have no control over the customs’ office.
The item is already cleared at the customs’ office and delivered to the hands of buyer.
