According to the Amazon rule, cancellation before shipment is valid but cancellation after shipment is not.
As for customer cancellation's case, a refund is deducted from postage after an item is returned.
If you wish to received the refund, please reject an item upon arrival.
The refund is available, if returned item has no problem.
