発送後はお客様都合のキャンセルとなります。
お客様都合のキャンセルは、商品が返品されてから、
送料を差し引いて返金することになっています。
返金を希望されるのならば、
商品が届いてから受け取りを拒否してください。
その後商品が戻ってきて、
問題がなかった場合のみ、
返金をいたします。

According to the Amazon rule, cancellation before shipment is valid but cancellation after shipment is not.
As for customer cancellation's case, a refund is deducted from postage after an item is returned.
If you wish to received the refund, please reject an item upon arrival.
The refund is available, if returned item has no problem.
