このような環境に身を置くことで、自己開示がしやすくなり、~認め合い、それがチーム力につながる。さらには創造力を高めてゆきます。また、人事担当の方には、活動の様子から参加者が初めての事柄に対応する時に、それぞれがどのように関わりをする人材なのかを観ていただくことができます。
