××の注文に関して9月4日に発送メールがきましたが、それは発送されておらず今から発送されるという事で
非常に残念に思います。
私は私の顧客に入荷予定を伝えていましたが、結果的に顧客を待たせる事になりました。
今後、同じように発送に関して間違った案内があるようであれば残念ながら貴社との取引を停止せざるを得ません。
今後は十分に気を付けてくださるようお願い致します。

Do you have any of the silver ○○ in stock?
If so, please send me a bill on paypal for one silver and one black one.
I received a message on September 4th saying that the ×× order had shipped, so I am upset to learn that it hadn't shipped and is only now about to.
I told my customer when I expected it in so now I am in the position of having to make my customer wait.
In the future if there are any incidents like this I will have no choice but to stop doing business with you.
I hope you be more careful with this in the future.

I think it is very unfortunate than an email about order xx came of 9/4 saying it had shipped, but had not and will ship now.
I informed my customers that the items would be in stock, but the result of the delay is that my customers were kept waiting.
If such mistaken information is given again in the future, it is unfortunate but I will have to stop dealing with your company.
I would like to ask you to please be more careful in the future.
