①I received my box yesterday - so I'm happy about the quick delivery time (being sent from Japan and all)... And I know we reached an agreement on the dent on the box... So that's okay... But I'm afraid I have bad news...
... Several of these discs cannot play. Apparently, the dent has affected both the cover and the discs, so out of the 12 discs in the box, only 5 are suitable for play. One of the covers, a gatefold replica, is just awful. It lacks glue and almost folds out as if it's a mushi or something. It's strange.

... これらのディスクには、再生できないものがいくつかあります。どうやら、へこみがカバーとディスクに影響があったようで、箱に入った12枚のディスクのうち、わずか5枚のみが再生できます。カバーの1つ（見開きジャケットの複製）は、それはひどいのです。接着剤が足りず、まるでマッシュルームか何かみたいに、今にも開いてしましそうなのです。おかしいです。

①昨日小包を受取りました。配達期間が短くうれしくなります(日本や他の地域から送られてくるのに)。そして、私達が箱のへこみについて合意していることは理解していますが、悪いお知らせを伝えることを残念に思います。
ディスクの何枚かをプレーできません。外見から判断すると、箱のへこみはディスクカバーとディスクに傷をつけたので、12枚のディスクの内5枚しかプレーすることができません。カバーに一つの観音開きカバーの複製は非常に痛んでいます。カバーはしっかり貼り付いていなく柔らかい何かのようにほとんど外側に曲がっています。不思議なことです。
②Is there any way I can get some sort of refund on this? It's way too much a hassle sending it back, and as 5 discs work, I'll gladly keep those but without the box they're a bit... Naked. I hope we can work something out.
