As A can confirm, in accordance with the clause 3 in the contract, the area of the inspection when a prior approval is required by B, (this is because there is no risk of inspection by B on unlimited area), I do not see any necessity of specifically defing the terriroty/area in this contract. In accordance to article number 3 in the contract, when asked for confirmation from Company B, Company A is able to check where the investigation will take place before it is processed by Company B (which means there will not be the risk of Company B being able to investigate all areas), the necessity to define strictly the area/country that will be subject to investigation will not arise in this contract. If there is any misunderstanding on my side, please let me know.
