迅速な対応ありがとうございます。A社は契約3条に基づいて、B社から事前承認を要請された際に調査の対象となる場所を確認できるため（B社が制限なく調査をするといったというリスクが存在しないため）この契約において厳密に契約の対象となる地域・範囲を定義しておく必要はないと思います。もし私の認識が間違っていましたらご指摘いただけますと幸いです。

Thank you for your prompt response. I believe the region and area that will be technically affected by the contract would not be required to be defined since the company A can identify the subject area of investigation when pre-approved by the company B, based on the article 3 of the contract. I will appreciate if you could share your opinion on my perception.
