迅速な対応ありがとうございます。A社は契約3条に基づいて、B社から事前承認を要請された際に調査の対象となる場所を確認できるため（B社が制限なく調査をするといったというリスクが存在しないため）この契約において厳密に契約の対象となる地域・範囲を定義しておく必要はないと思います。もし私の認識が間違っていましたらご指摘いただけますと幸いです。

Thank you for your quick correspondence. In accordance to article number 3 in the contract, when asked for confirmation from Company B, Company A is able to check where the investigation will take place before it is processed by Company B (which means there will not be the risk of Company B being able to investigate all areas), the necessity to define strictly the area/country that will be subject to investigation will not arise in this contract. If there is any misunderstanding on my side, please let me know.
