Two years ago, I followed your instructions and returned the item to another seller. Like this time, I input the tracking number in the designated page. Couple of days later, the item arrived to the seller. However, the seller never gave me a refund. I lost the item and did not receive a refund, so it was a double loss. Two years ago, I returned an item to a different seller as you requested. I put reference number to the place you requested two years ago, just like you are asking now. The item reached the seller after a few days. However, they didn't refund me the money. I lost the item and couldn't get a refund. It was a double loss. Since I experienced that, I'm worried that the same thing from last time will happen again. I sent you an confirmation email about it, but I haven't received any response. I can't return the item if I don't get a response.
