2年前、私はあなた達の指示を受け、別のsellerへ返品をしたことがある。今回と同じように、私は指定された箇所に追跡番号も入力をした。そして、数日後にアイテムはsellerへ届いた。ところが、返金はされなかった。私はアイテムを失い、返金も受けられず、2重の損害だった。その経験があるため、今回も同じ事の繰り返しになるのではないかと私は懸念をしている。同じ事の繰り返しになる可能性について、私はあなた達へ確認をするメール送信したが、返信がないままである。これでは私は返送をできない。

Two years ago, I returned products to a different seller based on your instructions. Similarly this time, I entered the tracking number into the specified area. After-which, the item arrived to the seller after a few days. However, i did not receive a refund. It was a double loss for me as I lost the item and did not receive the refund. Due to this experience , I am concerned that this might happen again this time. And because this might be the same scenario, I sent an e-mail to confirm to you guys, but i did not receive any response yet. I cannot respond because of this.
