2年前、私はあなた達の指示を受け、別のsellerへ返品をしたことがある。今回と同じように、私は指定された箇所に追跡番号も入力をした。そして、数日後にアイテムはsellerへ届いた。ところが、返金はされなかった。私はアイテムを失い、返金も受けられず、2重の損害だった。その経験があるため、今回も同じ事の繰り返しになるのではないかと私は懸念をしている。同じ事の繰り返しになる可能性について、私はあなた達へ確認をするメール送信したが、返信がないままである。これでは私は返送をできない。

Two years ago, I followed your instructions and returned the item to another seller. Like this time, I input the tracking number in the designated page. Couple of days later, the item arrived to the seller. However, the seller never gave me a refund. I lost the item and did not receive a refund, so it was a double loss. Because of this experience, I am reluctant that the same situation will happen again. I sent an e-mail to you for the possibility of the same situation repeating, but you haven`t replied yet. I cannot return the item under this condition.
