The IT industry is more than a competitive work environment, and the work we do directly impacts people's daily health, therefore we all need to have strong core values to guide us. My responsibility as IT personnel is to work with people from all around the world. For instance, I have travelled domestically and overseas numerous times to realize a variety of events and deploy new systems for the company.
