The product actually has a very slight defect, but most Japanese consumers are very concerned about
quality.
If this item was bought as brand new, you will be more likely to receive complaints, and
you might be given poor rating as a seller.
This is all but a demerit for me.
I wouldn't always like to file complaints about the products that you sell.
I'd like to suggest that you take utmost care in packaging so that problems like this will not occur again.
