製品は折りたたみ可能なものです。
折りたたむ際に幾つか可動部分がありますが、その可動部分がすぐに壊れてしまいます。セラーの主張では、その部分は可動させるべきではないとのことですが、製品を使用するにあたって当然可動させるべき部分です。

I communicated with the seller several times, but we understand diffrently from them in quality of the product. We could not solve it by communicating directly and it turned to as large as claim.
I will explain our understanding for the quality.
The product can be folded.
There are some movable parts when it is folded, and the moving part is broken soon.
The seller said that this part must not be moved, but it should be moved when we use the product.
I can explain it in detail by using the screen and moving picture.

I have escalated my issues as a claim since I felt that it could not be resolved by the efforts directly between me and the seller.
I would like to explain my understanding in the quality.
